Privacy & data
What FIVE STACK stores about you, which services process it, what is sent to AI model providers, and how to exercise your GDPR rights.
This page summarises the Privacy Policy in plain language. The policy itself is the binding version.
What we store

| Usage | Your projects and generated code, chat messages and prompts sent to AI models, credit usage history (model, credits, timestamp), subscription and billing status |
| Technical | Browser type and version, IP address, device information, cookies and session data |
It is used to run the service: authenticating you, processing payments, tracking credits and plan limits, sending your generation requests to AI models, fixing bugs, preventing fraud and telling you about important updates.

Your prompts and design inputs are sent to AI models to generate code. Your personal account data is not.
Cookies
FIVE STACK uses essential cookies for authentication and sessions only — no advertising or tracking cookies. Clerk and Paddle may set their own cookies, as described in their privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
Your account data and projects are kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised usage statistics may be kept, and payment records are retained as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correct it, have it erased, receive it in a machine-readable format, restrict its processing or object to it. Email contact@fivestacks.dev — requests are answered within 30 days.
FIVE STACK is not intended for users under 16.
