Refund Policy

Merchant of Record

All payments for FIVE STACK are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, payments, and refunds on our behalf. Any refund requests are subject to Paddle's refund policy.

1. Refund Requests

If you are unhappy with your purchase or believe you have been charged in error, you can request a refund by contacting us or by contacting Paddle directly. Refund requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Email us at contact@fivestacks.dev with your account email, the transaction date, and a description of the issue
  • Contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received at the time of purchase

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" button in your billing dashboard or by contacting us directly. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to all features of your plan until the period ends
  • Your account reverts to the free Starter plan after the period ends

4. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your plan (e.g., from Ultra to Pro), the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You retain your current plan's features until then.

5. Free Plan (Starter)

The Starter plan is free and includes 50 credits per month. No payment information is required. Since no payment is made, no refund applies.
