Plans, billing & refunds
FIVE STACK plans and prices, how subscriptions are billed through Paddle, and how cancellations, downgrades and refunds work.

What each plan adds:
- Starter — HTML + Tailwind output, live preview, download as ZIP, community support.
- Pro — all frameworks (Next.js, Nuxt, Vue…), Figma import, full-stack generation, AI iterative edits, priority support.
- Pro+ — everything in Pro, plus a priority queue, faster generation speed and advanced analytics.
- Ultra — everything in Pro+, plus API access, dedicated support, white-label export and custom integrations.

How billing works
Payments are processed by Paddle, FIVE STACK's Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payments and refunds, and calculates any applicable taxes — all prices include them.
- Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel.
- Prices can change with 30 days' notice.
Cancelling
Cancel any time with Manage Subscription in your billing dashboard, or by contacting us. After cancelling:
- your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period,
- you keep every feature of your plan until then,
- your account then returns to the free Starter plan.
Downgrading
A downgrade (for example from Ultra to Pro) takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You keep your current plan's features until then.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle under Paddle's refund policy. To request one:
- email contact@fivestacks.dev with your account email, the transaction date and a description of the issue, or
- contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received with your purchase.
Approved refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. The Starter plan is free, so there is nothing to refund.
